About
Lil Leigh’s Biltong is a small Sun Valley business started during Covid, when Leigh returned home to South Africa after living in America.
The biltong is made in small, handmade batches using locally sourced rump steak, chosen for its flavour and tenderness. Each batch is carefully cut and spiced, with homegrown chillies used in the hotter varieties.
The result is tender, flavourful biltong with a proper homemade feel, alongside a growing range of savoury favourites including droëwors, Snap Stixxx, salami sticks, bacon biltong, mixed packs and speciality biltong products.
