Donna Lizelle Counselling & Mediation offers a safe, supportive space for individuals, couples and families navigating life’s challenges.
Based in the Southern Suburbs and available both in-person and online, Donna provides guidance for those experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties and life transitions. Her approach is practical and compassionate, helping clients better understand their situation and find a way forward.
Services include general counselling, trauma debriefing, grief support, teen life coaching, relationship and marriage counselling, and family mediation. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.
