About
The Bread Baker Extraordinaire is an artisan bakery run by Clarence Msowoya, known locally for his handcrafted breads and baked pastries made using natural ingredients and stone-ground flour.
Clarence has been baking for over a decade and supplies fresh bread and baked goods to a number of cafés and outlets across the Deep South, including Harry Goemans Nursery, Nova Café in Sun Valley Mall, Coffee Guy at Cape Dutch Nursery and Furny’s Fine Wines at The Red Herring.
In addition to baking, Clarence is passionate about sharing his skills and creating opportunities. His bakery has also provided baking training and employment opportunities for residents of Masiphumelele.
Fresh bread and baked goods are available through these outlets, and delivery can also be arranged locally.
