The Icing Project is a small home bakery in the South Peninsula specialising in custom decorated cookies for celebrations and special events.

What began as a fun creative project between Barbara and her young son — experimenting with decorating cookies and cakes together — has grown into a much-loved local business creating beautiful, personalised cookies for birthdays, parties and special occasions.

Each order is made by hand and designed around the theme of the event, from playful children’s parties to elegant celebrations. As a small, order-based bakery, Barbara works on a limited number of bookings at a time to ensure every set receives the attention it deserves.
